Rainbow International Devon: What Is next for This Long Running Branch?

Stephen and Karen Luscombe, Rainbow International Devon, have been awarded the accolade of Franchise of the Month for May 2021. The team have been operating their branch since 1997, that’s is nearly 25 years of industry experience. 

But how is the Franchisee of the Month Award judged? It goes to the top performing franchisee in the Rainbow International Business who has not only achieved or exceeded the company KPI’s but has also excelled at customer service, compliance of their business and their staff.  I am sure you will agree out of a network of 57 franchisees, this is a great achievement.

In recent years, Richard White (General Manager) has taken more of a senior role within the company along with Karen. The team is forever growing in size and with their qualifications as well, boasting a whopping 75 combined years of experience!
