An Exciting New Chapter – Rainbow International (UK) Has New Owners

ISS, a leading global facility services provider, has today completed an agreement to divest its specialist restoration and damage management business in the UK, Rainbow International (Spectrum Franchising Limited & Spectrum Holdings Limited)

The Mansfield headquartered business has been sold to Consortium Group RF Limited, a group of private investors who already have a long-term passion and commitment to the Rainbow International brand as key franchise partners. The acquired business will continue to oversee and support a network of 55 independently owned branches which complete over 20,000 projects per year and delivered by a team of over 500 associates across all four UK nations.

The Rainbow International trademark is owned by Neighbourly and elsewhere in the world the business is part of the Neighbourly group.
