Rainbow International bolsters their support to their network with a Senior Governance and Compliance Manager
Sharon Hayman, who has worked at Rainbow International for the last 9 years as Business Support Manager, takes on the newly formed role of Senior Governance and Compliance Manager for the Rainbow International business. This is a strategic role that will really build on the excellent work already being done with regards to compliance within the Rainbow network, and elevate this to the next level.
With all franchise operations; people – systems – processes- procedures are fundamental to its success and Sharon has been a real advocate driving improvement and compliance within our business. Over the years Sharon has developed and implemented several initiatives into business reporting, each of these initiatives have contributed to the significant uplift in the levels of compliance across the whole business. Which we have been able to evidence to our key account clients, this has played an integral part in winning and retaining our key accounts.
As a leading Disaster Recovery and Restoration company within the UK, we always put our customer and client centre of the mission and we are looking forward to extending that remit. Key to our success is keeping an eye on the detail with regards governance and compliance, this will help us demonstrate why Rainbow International is, and should be the preferred supplier.
On taking the reins on her new and exciting role Sharon commented
