New appointments strengthen Restoration business
Matthew Macdonald joins the team as our first manager completed dedicated to new national contract business. We have done much in the last 2 years to ensure that companies who don’t currently work with us, want to. Matthew – I’m sure – will cement that work with “milestone” wins. Matthew has worked in B2B Business Development for his entire career across a number of industries including Asset Finance, Media Sales and International Workplace Solutions. He has a consistent track record of multimillion business wins, both in national and international contract sales.
Nathan Barrett joins the team to “bring to life” the massive amount of data that we have and collate for our customers and will ensure that we fully understand any proposition deficiencies and highlight where we clearly lead the market. Analysis will centre around the 5 C’s – CLAIMS cycle, total COST, CONSISTENCY of service, CITIZENSHIP, and – most importantly – CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Nathan graduated from Brighton University last year, studying Economics & Finance. He has completed internships at United Utilities plc. in Manchester and an IT infrastructure firm in Dubai, and worked after graduating at Domestic & General Insurance dealing with customer claims.
Kelly Hammond joins our Commercial team managing existing commercial contracts with Zurich and Ageas amongst others. She will be at the core of our strategy to leverage the great existing relationship to acquire the Household business off those for Rainbow International. Kelly has over 15 years’ experience as an Account Manager and has achieved great success over that period. In 2011 Kelly was presented with a Role Model award from the President of BT Global Services and most recently in 2015, she won a contract with Nottingham City Council for a hosted contact centre.
Welcome to our new colleagues and we wish them all the very best of success in their new roles.
