Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health affects 1 in 6 people in their lifetimes, from anxiety to depression.

Every year, one week in May, the Mental Health Foundation set out to bring awareness of mental health and help people who are suffering with the disease.

This year the theme for the week was nature and we asked our staff from all over the UK to send over photos of them in nature.

Here are a selection of what we received:

Mental Health Awareness Week

This is a cause that affects everyone in some way, either personally or someone that you know, and we at Rainbow International UK are passionate about bringing awareness to this disease.

For more information about the nature week visit The Mental Health Foundation.

If you or anyone you know is suffering from Mental Health issues you can call the Samaritans on 116 123 or you can text Shout Crisis by texting Shout to 85258.

Our staff make it their mission to help people when they are at their lowest, when their homes or business has been hit with a disaster. Each customer is treated as an individual and our teams get their homes and lives restored in the quickest possible time. It is as we always say #WeRestoreYouRecover
