Hard work and dedication pays off for long running branch

Congratulations to Rainbow International Cardiff and Bristol who have been awarded Franchise of the Month for December 2021.

Huw Smith is Rainbow’s longest running branch having started trading in 1994. The team initially covered Cardiff and surrounding areas but in 2009 expanded further and started operating in Bristol and in recent years have branched out into Gloucester and Weston-Super Mare.

The Cardiff and Bristol team is made up of 20 members, 4 of which have been part of the business for 20 years, they have 10 vehicles operating in their areas, ensuring they can offer that truly local service to their customers. Rainbow Cardiff and Bristol offer a wealth of knowledge to their customers, and surrounding franchisees, they also invest in the latest equipment to ensure they are at the forefront of technology innovations, allowing them to deliver an impeccable service to their customers.

How is the Franchisee of the Month Award judged?

It goes to the top performing franchisee in the Rainbow International Business who has not only achieved or exceeded the company KPI’s but has also excelled at customer service, compliance of their business and their staff.  I am sure you will agree out of a network of 55 franchisees, this is a great achievement.
