Rainbow International Cornwall is now open for business

Rainbow International are pleased to share the excellent news of the onboarding of a new franchisee to cover the Cornwall and Plymouth areas.

Adam Charleston maybe a relatively new Rainbow International franchisee, opening in 2022. However Adam brings with him over 10 years’ experience within the Fire and Flood industry working in the Cornwall, Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

Adam grew up between Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, this gives him an understanding of the unique nature and challenges that Cornwall and the surrounding areas face, along with being well versed in the different building materials used in many properties in the south west. Alongside all of this experience and knowledge, Adam also achieved his BDMA Senior Technician status in 2014. The British Damage Management Association (BDMA) is the certifying body for damage management professionals – meaning Adam joins the business already working and having knowledge of the highest standards within the industry.

In 2019 Adam was runner up at the BDMA awards in the category, Young Achiever of the Year, these awards are open to any business within the Damage Management Sector, so this was an excellent achievement. Adam truly embraces the industry’s best practices to deliver excellent customer service with quick and efficient claim processing. Adam is clearly passionate about everything disaster recovery and restoration – so we are really looking forward to seeing how this business will grow in the Cornwall and Plymouth areas.

Adam Charleston commented “Having worked in the Disaster Restoration industry for a number of years now, I am looking forward to building my own business within this sector. My main focus is to deliver exemplary levels of customer service and build a local service supporting our local residents and commercial businesses. I am very proud of being from this part of the country, so want my business to reflect this. Onen Hag Oll”
