Newly named Branch of the Month receives its first winner

Towards the end of last year, Rainbow had some exciting changes happen within the business, the most talked about being the divestment from ISS UK.

With the changes, we thought it would be a great start to the year to reinvent Franchise of the Month to be more inclusive of the branch staff that work tirelessly to help our customers. This is where the Branch of the Month was born.

January saw a returning Franchise of the month winner named Branch of the Month winner. A huge well done to Rainbow Canterbury, who won the award twice last year.

Since 2013 Simon Fox and his team have been servicing Canterbury delivering excellent customer service. Combined they have over 32 years of industry experience and all their technicians are BDMA trained meaning their customers are in the best and safest hands.

The branch of the month award goes to the top performing franchisee in the Rainbow International Business who has not only achieved or exceeded the company KPI’s but has also excelled at customer service, compliance of their business and their staff.
