Mother and Daughter duo do it again

Our February Branch of the Month has been named and this team are no stranger to this award.

Congratulations to Rainbow Glasgow West for being awarded this accolade! Helen Cox and Stacey Cooney won the award twice last year (formally known as Franchise of the Month) and it’s looking like this year they may be in for the same again.

Helen and Stacey have been with Rainbow since 2008 working alongside their other family owned Rainbow franchise where they won Franchise of the Year for 2015 and 2016 (a Rainbow first). In 2019 they started operating Rainbow Glasgow West and have established a credible business that has gone from strength to strength.

At our 2022 Rainbow Reunion the Glasgow-West teams head, and longest serving Technician, Jim McGonnagle, won Technician of the Year for 2021. Out of the 300+ technicians in the network, to be presented this honour is a great achievement and shows how much dedication goes into this branch.

Their teams are specialised in Fire and Flood Restoration and also can provide other services such as Asbestos Sampling, Carpet Cleans and Water Leak Trace & Access. They take pride in their customer service excellence and this is evident in the amount of positive feedback they receive from their customers.
