Title: Marketing Admin – £27,000 pro rata
Reports to: Marketing Manager

Time: Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm
Location: Rainbow Restoration, Spectrum House, Oakham Business Park, Lower Oakham Way, Mansfield NG18 5BY
Full time – 37.5hrs per week
Terms: Fixed Term Contract until 31st Dec 2023
Context: Rainbow Restoration is a leading disaster restoration company in the UK, providing fire, flood, and accidental damages services on behalf of top insurance companies and major adjusters nationwide. With a nationwide network of franchisees, we deliver a national service at a local level, guided by our company ethos of ‘We Restore, You Recover.’
Role: We are seeking a Marketing Admin to support our marketing department during a very busy year. As a versatile marketing professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our marketing strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will also collaborate closely with our franchisee network to provide marketing support. This is a full-time role on a fixed-term contract, based at our central office in Mansfield.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Marketing Executive with creative graphic design projects and delivering social media strategy
- Assist Marketing Manager in offering support, guidance and training for the franchisee network
- Assist the SEO Admin with backlink strategy to improve online visibility and in producing compelling and engaging content across various channels
- Support the SEO Admin with website maintenance
- Supporting the Business Development team in marketing activities, alongside the Marketing Manager
- Assist Marketing team with projects
- Assist Marketing Executive with restocking, organising, cataloguing, and storing branded merchandise for promotional purposes
Requirements:
- Demonstrable creativity with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages
- Ability to thrive in both digital and physical environments, adapting marketing strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in multimedia production skills, including video editing (experience with Premiere Pro or alternative software)
- Proficient in using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for designing marketing collateral
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process-driven execution
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent multitasking abilities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
