The Role
In a nutshell, your role is to lead sales, key account management and marketing and to work closely with your colleagues in the leadership team, to ensure that your colleagues are working to a robust sales plan, managed, supported, coached, empowered and inspired to perform and to achieve the company’s sales objectives.
You will drive, measure and manage the performance of Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers, maintaining essential sales discipline, activities and process to and ensure that targets are achieved.
You will also take overall responsibility for the lead, as an ambassador, on major sales projects.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop a comprehensive sales plan and possess a track record of effectively assessing, leading, and enhancing sales team performance through coaching, ensuring there is a robust sales process.
You will be humble, hungry and emotionally intelligent.
You will excel within a commercial environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and have the ability prioritise the tasks and functions that deliver the objective.
We are a franchised business and proudly support 50 small business owners, so you’ll need to demonstrate a great understanding of the SME world.
